Delete your Dyskover account and data

At Dyskover, you have the right to request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

How to request deletion:

1. Open the Dyskover App -> go to Settings > Account > Delete Account

Or

2. Send an email to support@dyskover.app with the subject line: "Delete My Account"

What will be deleted

• Account details (name, email, password)

• Profile information (preferences, activity, saved items)

• App usage data linked to your account

What may be retained

• Financial transaction records (retained for 7 years for tax compliance)

• Aggegated, non-identifiable analytics data (retained indefinetly)

Timeline

All personal data will be deleted within 30 days of your request.
